Have you ever had a conversation with someone and you drifted away thinking about your to-do list, or something other than the conversation at hand?
You keep nodding your head as if you are listening. But you are checked out and not giving this person your undivided attention.
The same thing can happen when you are driving to work. Maybe you are on the phone, or you are thinking about your busy schedule at work, but your focus is not where it should be. You have driven this same route so many times it has become automatic.
The point is, the same thing is going on with your everyday life. You have conditioned your body through repetition to be able to function on autopilot without you even being present. This is so detrimental to your well being.
Until you practice being mindful of your thoughts, actions, and conversations, your life will never change. You will continue sleepwalking through your existence and miss out on the many blessings that have been right in front of you all along. Let’s face it, there will always be a balance between the positive and negative events in our lives.
The problem is most people are so focused on the negative events, they don’t even notice the positive ones. By having more mindful thoughts you will start learning how to break free from negative thinking. When this happens you will be more likely to start living a more fulfilling life. One where you are happier, healthier, and filled full of purpose.
Live Your Life in the Present
Life can be tough and it may have beaten you down to where you no longer have any passion left. The spark which once burned so brightly in your life has slowly faded away.
This may have caused you to settle for all the suffering brought into your life. Worry, stress, and even depression are keeping you from living the best version of your life.
It doesn’t have to be this way. But in order for your life to truly change, it’s going to take some work on your part. You must be ready to consciously wake up and start living your life in the present moment so you can recognize your old negative patterns. Start being more mindful of your limiting thoughts that have been programmed into your mind by influential people.
Many of you are repeating the same daily routine day after day and are wondering why nothing is changing. There is a burning desire deep within your soul to live a more fulfilling life, but something is holding you from rising to the top. I am here to tell you that when you start living in the present moment, you will gain the power needed to break free from the chains of your own mind.
The past is in the past and the future is yet to come. But when you start living your life in the moment and learning how to enjoy the ride while progressing towards a better future, your life will truly change for the better. It is about overcoming your challenges to becoming the best version of yourself. But if you do not live in the present moment along the way, you will one day wake up and wonder where all the time went.
Fear Allows Growth
Fear can make us do some crazy things. Fear of failing, fear of change, fear of resistance…
I hate to say this, but you will fail at some point in your life, you will face opposition. But on the other side of your failures is discovery and rewards far more significant than you can ever imagine. When realizing this, you are more likely to commit to living your best version of your life.
You got to have a reason for making the necessary changes. This reasoning must be so strong it reignites a spark within your being. When this happens, you will become unstoppable. You will be able to overcome your fear and rise up.
We all have fear in our life. It is how we handle this fear that makes us a better person. Become mindful of this fear that is in your life and realize it is all in your head. But when you start utilizing forces within you such as passion, courage, and even faith, you can walk through the fires of your fears and obtain greatness.
Change Your Thoughts, Change Your Life
Your beliefs in our head are merely a manifestation of influential people from our past. If you were raised in a family that was encouraging and uplifting, there is a high probability that you will be more apt to succeed. But on the other hand, if you were brought up with an abusive family who tore down your confidence, the odds are stacked against you.
We become who we are by the people we hang around. Your beliefs and your paradigms have been planted in your head by people from your past. Success in any area of your life is more psychological than it is physical. My point is, you can change your belief system. You can change your paradigm and rewire your brain.
You may believe deep down in the core of you being that you will never truly become the best version of yourself. But that is a crock of shit! You are the master of your fate. You are the captain of your soul. It’s time to wake up and take your life back. Because it is scientifically proven that your brain can be rewired. You must learn how to become aware of these thoughts that are going off in your head and realize that is not who you are. These thoughts were created by influential people in your life.
A great analogy of the mind is like comparing it to a garden. Your negative thoughts and beliefs are the weeds in your garden. It’s time to pull these weeds out and start planting new seeds. It’s time to tend to your garden.
Mindfulness thoughts help you recognize these weeds that are growing in your garden and so you can start making some changes.
How do you do this you might ask?
It begins with discipline. If you TRULY desire to have a better life, it will take some work on yourself and your mind. Your body is your temple and you must rebuild it on a rock-solid foundation. Strong mind, body, and spirit.
The best way to do this is through meditation and practicing being more mindful throughout your day.
The Subconscious Mind
Our brain has so much untapped potential, but it is limited by subconscious programming. This subconscious mind is like a massive data bank storing information from your thoughts, actions, the movies you watch, and the people you hang around with.
Your habits and your patterns are merely unconscious actions created by this subconscious mind. Positive changes begin when you start recognizing that your bad habits are having a negative impact on your life. These habits that have been created by your environment can change. You can rewire your brain by having mindfulness thoughts and thinking new and improved ones.
Now, this sounds simple, but it is not. Just like exercising your muscles takes work, the same goes with strengthing your mind. By changing your thought patterns and becoming mindful of your negative thinking, you start firing and wiring new neural networks. This obviously doesn’t happen overnight.
But by realizing that everything that you see or hear influences your subconscious patterns you are more apt to make the necessary changes. Becoming more mindful of what’s going on in your life will help you make a shift down a different path. By intentionally creating new habits such as mindfulness breathing and meditating you can train your mind to work more for you instead of against you. This will help you be able to handle stressful situations. Instead of unconsciously overacting, you will automatically take a couple of breaths calming your nerves, and react in a calm manner.
Every time you change the patterns of your old subconscious programs, you are remolding your brain through neuroplasticity. The more you practice, the more the prefrontal cortex of your brain lights up improving your mental clarity and breaking your old habits.
This takes practice, and practice makes perfect. The more you do it, the better you get. But it will not be easy. You must have a reason for wanting to change. But it all begins by learning how to have more mindful thoughts.
Brain Wave Frequencies
There are five different brain waves that influence your state of being. By better understanding these different stages you will be more likely to start raising your vibes and becoming a happier person. The problem is most people are running on empty and are feeling drained. It is tough to live a healthier and happier life when you don’t have any energy.
Everyone has their story which dictates how you are feeling. These stories which you keep telling yourself have got to change so you can start living a more fulfilling life. In order to rewrite your new story, you must tend to the garden of your subconscious. When you learn how to change your brain waves, you will be more likely to plant the new seeds through the power of repetitive autosuggestion.
- Beta Waves operate between 14 to 40 Hz, and it is linked to your waking consciousness. Beta brain waves are essential to your productivity. At this state, you must become strong-willed and able to overcome your inner critic. Stay present or mindful throughout your day or you will fall back to your old subconscious program.
- Alpha Waves operate between 7.5 to 14 Hz and are related to deep relaxation. This is the point where you have access to your subconscious mind and can start rewriting your new program through autosuggestions. When in alpha, you can heighten your imagination, intuition, clarity, and creativity. The lower the brain waves, the better your connection to your inner being.
- Theta Waves operate between 4 to 7.5 Hz and is associated with the sleep state and light mediation. Theta frequencies are right before you fall off to sleep and is the perfect time for subconscious instructions. This is the point where you can visualize your new reality right before you slip off into the dream world. Right between alpha and theta is the best for visualizations and can be very beneficial to planting seeds and the renewal of your mind.
- Delta Waves operate between 0.5 to 4 Hz and connected to the dream world where you are in a deep sleep. This is where you are in the unconscious mind, and where lucid dreaming takes place. Not only must you be present in the waken state, but you must learn how to awaken in the dream state. Sounds crazy but there has been scientific research proven it is possible…
- Gamma waves operate above 40 Hz and are coupled to your insight. This is the highest state of brain waves. This is where you can get a high level of information in a flash of a second. When in gamma, there is an increased amount of neural activity going on? Not very many people reach this state of high vibrational frequency. This is where most monks, spiritual masters, and enlightened beings operate daily.
Stop Being a Victim of Your Past
By better understanding how your mind works you are more likely to break free from your old limiting beliefs. Too many of you have given up on living a more fulfilling life, but I am here to tell you it is not too late to change.

But by making a conscious effort on your part to rebuild your temple, you be more likely to make the everlasting changes needed to start living a more fulfilling life.
History has been made by those who took a chance on themselves. They did not care whether they were going to face some challenges. They did it anyway. When it comes to breaking out of your old patterns there are going to be some challenges. You are going to get knocked down a few times. But this is when you dust yourself off and keep moving forward towards living your best life.
Find your reasoning why you want to change and let that become your fuel to do whatever it takes. Make sure you are working on your mindset by reading self-development books, start practicing mindfulness thoughts by meditating.
