How to Have a Good Morning Routine

Do you wake up every morning dreading going to a job that is slowly sucking the life out of you?

Believe it or not, even though your career may not be that appealing, you still can live a happier and more fulfilling life.

This begins the moment you wake up.

When you wake up filled with passion, you are able to do things you normally would have never been able to do. By waking up an hour earlier than your normal routine, you can intentionally create the life you so desire. By doing this you will start feeling happier, more energized, more optimistic, and ready to take on any of life’s challenges.

Since I have been implementing my personal morning reset into my life, I have been able to overcome many of my own battles. I have kicked panic attacks, anxiety, stress, depression, and pessimism to the curb. By performing these proven ancient techniques, I have never felt so alive.

I Finally Woke Up and Decided to Take My Life Back

For the last year, I have been waking up at 4 am in the morning working on our mind, body, and our spirit.

This all sounds a little strange, especially the 4 am in the morning concept. Well, you really don’t need to wake up this early. But I have HUGE dreams and am willing to do WHATEVER it takes to make this happen.

Some people say I am crazy, but I say wait and see who is crazy. Because it is the people who are willing to do what others are not, who will have a life others cannot.

My routine originally started out by just waking up at 5 am working on my personal growth.

But I loved this morning routine so much I added an extra hour in order to give back to those in need. I life coach through my blogs inspiring those who are battling depression, anxieties, and suicidal thoughts. I am very passionate about making a positive impact in other people’s lives. I truly know there are so many people out there who are suffering and battling their own minds and it is my purpose to guide these lost souls.

But if I wasn’t able to spend the last 5 years working on my own personal development, I wouldn’t have the drive and the courage to wake up at 4 am. I have come to the conclusion that we all have two choices when we wake up in the morning. We can either continue being a victim of our past, or a visionary of our future. Ultimately it is up to us to decide.

I now own multiple online businesses, I am a blogger,  a life coach, an entrepreneur, seekers of the truth, personal development junky, and adventurist. My morning ritual keeps my energy moving upward, instead of outward towards all the dream stealers and energy vampires.

Life is not just about the positive side of things. Because without the negative events, we would never have the catalyst to drive us to change. The problem is, most people become complacent stuck in their comfort zone, and are not willing to take a chance in life.

I can honestly say, that if I never had the struggles in my life, I would have never in a million years thought to wake up as early as I do…

My wife and I are huge into personal development and have been implementing this in all areas of our lives for the last 20 years. We used what we learned to keep us always moving forward towards our vision. When we reached our mark, we set a new one. Because if you are not continuously progressing you will become comfortable, and this is where you lose that connection with your soul’s purpose in life.

We have been happily married for 20 plus years, both obtained our Bachelor’s degrees, we acquired our envisioned jobs, built our dream house on a beautiful 2 acres of land in Montana, created a 6 figure income, and we paid off over $250k of debt.

Was it all easy you might ask?

Hell no! We got our asses kicked many times. We didn’t always drive reliable vehicles. Our marriage was never without some arguments. There was a point where we were broke and in debt up to our eyeballs. But it was the personal development, the inner work, our faith, and our vision that helped us rise above our challenges.

The same goes for finding a life filled full of a purpose. You got to build your temple on a rock, or you will cave when under pressure. Many people ask me how to have a good morning routine.

The hour of power is the key to having a good morning routine. Because the time spent before you step foot in the real world strengthens your mind, body, and your warrior spirit preparing you for battle.

Because when I say battle, I am talking about the war going on in your head filled with self-doubt, pessimism, and negative thoughts. The battle of being surrounded by energy vampires, dream stealers, and naysayers trying to tear you down. The battle of getting back up after pursuing your passions…

We Have Been Taught How to Think

We all have been taught how to think, how to act, where to work, to go to college, and get a good job…

Sound familiar?

But nobody taught us how to have the discipline to live a healthier, happier, and more fulfilling life. We were never encouraged to go after that which our heart desires. We were never taught the importance of a strong mind, a heart filled full of passion, and a high vibrational spirit.

No! We were told to keep our heads out of the clouds. Play it safe and don’t take any chances. But if you go through your life worrying about your outcome, you will end up missing out on the best time of your life. So, what if you get hurt, you fail, or someone tells you it can’t be done.

Who cares! That is why there are so many people struggling with life. That is why so many people are suffering from depression. It is because they are going against their soul’s purpose and living an unfulfilled life.

What I have discovered is only a small portion of our population is breaking the mold of mediocracy and taking the road less traveled. These elite individuals are making the impossible become possible. History has been made by those who thought differently and had the courage to pursue what was rightfully theirs.

You are the co-creators of your reality. The thoughts you think, backed with the action you take will manifest into your life, and this all begins the moment you wake up into consciousness.

You can either keep your head down and following the rest of the zombies sleepwalking their way through life, or you can wake up earlier and set an intention to live your best life. This will take time, patience, persistence, willpower, a desire to prosper, and of course a HUGE DREAM.

If you want to break free from the chains which have bound you to live an unfulfilling life, then now is your time to make the necessary changes. You must be hungry for a better life and committed to learning how to have a good morning routine.

You Become Who You are Surrounded By

We are a product of our environment. This means if you hang around mediocracy you will stay mediocre. If you are surrounded by criminals, there is a high probability you will become a criminal.

This is unless you have a STRONG MIND and a STRONG WILL to break free of this lifestyle. You must first have the reason for changing, and it needs to be fueled with inspiration and passion. This is what will move you past your old negative beliefs and the resistance you are about to face.

Your subconscious mind controls 90 percent of your daily actions and habits. What this means is, even though you set big goals doesn’t mean you are going to achieve them. Well, at least not right away. Because there is a good chance your subconscious mind will challenge you.

Like Tony Robbins says, success is more psychological than it is physical. Because your actions are created by your beliefs. So, if you have a burning desire to be somebody outside of the box, then do it. But until you train your mind to believe in the action you are taking, you will be going against opposing forces.

The words of Henry Ford sums it up, “Whether you think you can, or you think you can’t, you are right.”

These beliefs are created by your environment.

Right?

It is scientifically proven.

If you have spent most of your life being around negative thinking people, then your subconscious mind has been storing this information creating your mental and financial blueprint. What you feed this mind through your thoughts, emotions, and actions, will create these subconscious habits.

Therefore the reason people are pessimists, and negative thinkers. The people you hang around with, the news, Netflix movies, and even social media all are being processed into your data bank called your mind and sending signals throughout your body to act accordingly.

It is no wonder why so many people are depressed and suffering from compulsive negative thinking…

You Are the Master of Your Fate

But there is great news! Even though you have these limiting beliefs in your mind, it doesn’t mean you have to live your life this way. You can renew your mind, body, and your warrior spirit. You can upgrade your software and reboot with a new program.

It is scientifically proven our brains can be rewired by thoughts alone and the best time to do this is the moment your wake up. The reason for this is because your brain waves are vibrating at a lower state making it easier to plant seeds through autosuggestion. When you change the way you think, you fire and wire new neural networks. Neurons that fire together wire together.

You are the master of your fate and the captain of your ship. Your ship is your subconscious mind, which is every cell of your body. When you are not present and mindful this body operates through the data it has processed over your lifetime.

But by consciously waking up you will become more observant of these old habits and make a shift in a different direction.

Many of you have been sleepwalking through life operating on autopilot and it is time to break free from this old way of living.

Rewrite Your Program

What you intentionally put into your mind through repetitive autosuggestion backed with an emotional connection, you will rewrite your old program. The best time to do this is the moment your wake up.

It is important you know that when you wake out of a deep sleep you enter into consciousness for a short period of time. Your brain waves are vibrating at a low frequency and are easily influenced by autosuggestion.

By being mindful of this you can create a better day for yourself and an even greater future. Start working on your personal development. It’s time to create an army of positive enforced habits and this begins with having an empowering morning routine.

Remember you have two choices when you wake up. You do have an impact on how you wake up in the morning and this correlates with how your day is going to go.

So, you can continue operating on autopilot following suit with all the rest of the sleepwalkers, or you can learn how to master your morning and ignite a fire of passion back into your life.
